4 Hour Package

Deciding on an elopement doesn't mean sacrificing design and timeline management. Whether you require a photo or ceremony design or need somebody to handle all the small details, Cascadia can help! 

• Unlimited access to a Coordinator via email for any questions, concerns, or advice. 

• 45-Minute planning/design phone call.

• Use of any props or decor items from the Cascadia Rental Closet (Per Availability). 

• 1-2 Coordinators for day-of. 

• 1-2 hour of set-up for the ceremony.

• Ensure all elements are set up according to a pre-determined design.

• 1-hour of timeline and ceremony management.

• Lead and endure all transitional periods run smoothly.

• 1-hour of ceremony breakdown and pack up of decor.

• Communication with any remaining vendors to ensure a seamless transition after departure.
