Redwood Package

12 hours

  • Unlimited Access to Coordinator via phone or email for any questions, concerns, or advice.

  • Day-of-use of any Cascadia rental closet items (damage and linen cleaning fees may apply).

  • Pre-wedding venue walk-through and 2 face-to-face meetings if desired to evaluate and assess the needs of your event.

  • Collect all vendor contracts and information, contact each to construct appropriate timelines.

  • Includes rehearsal at no additional cost.

  • 2-3 Coordinators to handle Full Set Up of the venue for Ceremony and Reception.

  • Assist the Bride, Groom, and Bridal Party throughout the day.

  • Organize and Direct Processional and guide Recessional.

  • Lead and ensure all transitional periods run quickly and smoothly, including Guest Arrival, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception.

  • Grand Entrance, first dance, mother and father dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter tosses, money dance, shoe game? Whatever you choose, we will make sure it happens on a timeline of your choice. 

  • Gather everyone for Send Off and distribute any predetermined items (I.e. sparklers, bubbles, glow sticks, etc)

Douglas Fir Package

8 hours

  • Unlimited access to Coordinator via phone or email for any questions, concerns, or advice.

  • Day-of-use of any Cascadia rental closet items (damage and linen cleaning fees may apply).

  • 2 Face to Face meetings if desired to evaluate and assess the needs of your event.

  • Collect all vendor contracts and speak with them each before the event to collaborate on timeline needs.

  • Includes 2 coordinators, who will handle the full set up of the venue for ceremony and reception. 

  • Assist Bride, Groom, and Bridal Party throughout the day.

  • Organize and direct Ceremony Processional line up and walk. Ensure the Marriage License is ready to be signed in a designated space for photos.

  • Clean up the Ceremony area (if desired) during Reception.

  • Lead and ensure all transitional periods run quickly and smoothly, including guest arrival, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception.

  • Grand entrance, first dance, mother and father dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter tosses, money dance, shoe game? Whatever you chose, we will make sure it happens on a timeline of your choice.

Cedar Package
6 hours

  • Unlimited Contact with a Coordinator via phone or email to answer any questions you may have and give you guidance and advice throughout the self-planning process with 1 face-to-face meeting.

  • Arrive 2 hours before Ceremony, finalize setup, place decor, and speak with each vendor to confirm timelines are on track.

  • Assist the Bride, Groom, and Bridal Party throughout the day.

  • Organize and direct Ceremony processional line up and walk. Ensure the marriage license is ready to be signed in a designated space for photos.

  • Handle Ceremony to Cocktail Hour transition and prepare space for Reception.

  • Clean up ceremony area (If desired) during the reception

  • Organize Grand Entrance to Reception if desired, and ensure caterers are prepared to serve dinner. 

  • Coordinate directly with the Photographer and DJ to ensure the timeline is understood and followed after our departure.
