What Wedding planning services do you offer?
Elopement Planning, Partial Planning, Full Planning, or Wedding Planning Abroad with our Destination Package; we have various options for our clients to choose from, ranging in hours & pricing starting at $450.
Will you help decorate my wedding? Will you help clean up the decor?
Absolutely! With your specific design in mind, we will use your inspiration photos and/or instructions while setting up your event. If you want us to handle design, we will place items where we believe they shine.
As for clean-up, if we are there for tear down, we are more than happy to pack up any of the items we placed out and help load those items into any vehicles.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
This is entirely dependent on the size of your event, the guest count, and the projected number of hours we are on site. Typically, events require at least 2 Coordinators; however, if it requires more team members, it is at no extra charge to you. We max out at 6 Coordinators.
Do you offer different day-of wedding coordination options?
We do! Our Day of Coordination Packages range from: Elopement Coordination (4hrs), 6hrs, 8hrs, 12hrs, and Destination Day Of Services.
WHAT VENUES DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH?
We have served countless! We are familiar with most Puget Sound Region Venues and Snohomish, King, Pierce, and Lewis County Venues. As Destination Planners, we are also familiar with various venues around the United States and beyond
DO YOU TAKE ON MULTIPLE WEDDINGS ON THE SAME day or weekend?
With a team of 6, depending on the demand of the weddings, we may split up and take separate weddings on the same weekend. If this is the case, the Coordinator whom you've been in contact with for the planning process will still be your Day Of Coordinator, and no changes will be made at the expense of any client or the quality of our work.
