Hotel Charge

For Rehearsal/ Wedding/ Event over 50milles from Cascadia's Graham Office

Hotel & Flight Fee

Travel over 200miles from Graham, WA, will require a hotel and possible flight (round trip) purchase for the coordinator(s)/planner(s).

Rental Damage

Damage to an item from our rental selection will accrue a fee for the replacement of the item. 

Cleaning Fee for Linen Rental

Linen rental use will require a $8 dollar cleaning cost per tablecloth; $6 per table runner; $2 per napkin. 

Outside of our 30mile range? No problem! Whether you need us to travel, use our rental items, or require a replacement item, we have you covered with our add-on charges and fees.
