Hotel Charge
For Rehearsals/ Weddings/ Eventsover 50 miles from Cascadia's Graham, WA Office a hotel charge will be added to avoid higher Gas & Travel time charges.
Hotel & Flight Fee
Travel over 200 miles from Graham, WA, may require a hotel & flight (round trip) purchase for the coordinator(s)/planner(s). Cost varies based on location & distance.
Rental Damage
Damage to an item from our rental selection will accrue a fee for the replacement of the item.
Cleaning Fee for Linen Rental
Linen rental use will require a $8 dollar cleaning cost per tablecloth; $3 per runner, and 25cents per Napkin
